The side bet is compulsory and is fixed at one credit. The side bet
area on the table is marked with Jackpot Side Bet. The side bet feature
is explained in the section The Jackpot Bet.
In Roulette Royale the bets are placed on an area of the table marked
with separate boxes containing individual numbers. This marked area is
called the game layout and is where you place your bets. For more
information on the types of bets you can place, see the Types of Bets
section.
The wheel determines the outcome of a game of Roulette. Once the bets
have been placed on the table a small ball is released on to the wheel
in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. The ball slows and
eventually stops in one of the numbered pockets in the Roulette wheel.
Note:
Roulette Royale can only be played by Real Account users in a supported
currency. Guest Account users cannot play Roulette Royale.
The Progressive Jackpot
The Progressive is a constantly accumulating prize, the value of
which is displayed and regularly updated in the Roulette Royale game.
The Progressive is displayed as credits not as coins. In other words, if
the Progressive is 5,600 this refers to 5,600 CREDITS that could be won
and not 5,600 coins.
If you are playing the Progressive and you get the same number five
times in succession, you will win the Progressive Jackpot. A splash
screen will display informing you that you have won the Progressive.
The Progressive will then reset to a fixed minimum value.

Malfunctions void all plays and pays.
Special Rules and Regulations relating to the Progressive

Playing the Game
There are two basic steps to follow to play a game of
Roulette.
First, you must decide on the numbers, or groups of numbers, that you
want to bet on. To place your bets on these numbers, left-click on the
table felt. You can place chips on individual numbers or on the borders
shared by two or more numbers. If you want to decrease or remove a bet
from the table, right-click the chip pile.
The side bet is a compulsory bet that makes you eligible for
additional payouts, one of which is the Progressive Jackpot. The side
bet is fixed at one credit. The side bet area is above the main bet area,
and is marked with Jackpot Side Bet. The side bet feature is explained
in the section The Jackpot Bet.
Once you have placed your bet, click the Spin button to start the
game and a small ball will be released on to the wheel in the opposite
direction of the spinning wheel. The ball will lose speed and eventually
stop in one of the numbered pockets in the wheel.
If the ball lands on a number that you have bet on, then you have won.
To find out how much each bet is worth, refer to the Table Odds section.
