Game Features
Any slot machine is simple to use. Almost all slot machines have the
features described below.

The reels determine the outcome of a game. Each reel spins separately
and comes to a stop in turn. If the symbols line up along an enabled
payline then you win.

If, when the reels stop spinning, a valid combination of symbols is
lined up it will be highlighted and the payout schedule will light up
the winning combination.

The Payout Schedule tells you what combinations of reel symbols are
valid winning combinations and what they pay out. When you get a winning
payout the number next to the winning combination will be highlighted on
your screen.
The Spin button starts a game on the slot machine. You must have
enough credits to meet your current betting level to start the game.
The Bet One and Bet Max buttons adjust the size of your next wager.
The Bet Max button will automatically increase the number of coins bet
to the maximum for the slot machine and spin the reels. If you do not
have enough credits to place the bet you will not be allowed to spin.
The Coin Size menu allows you to set the size of the coins that you
want to play with.
Playing the Game
Playing a game at a slot machine is easy.
Decide on the size of the coin you want to bet with the Increase and
Decrease buttons. These are represented by either a (+) and (-) symbol,
or Up and Down arrows.
Use the Bet One button to increase the number of coins you are about
to wager by one. If you are already wagering the maximum number of coins
clicking the Bet One button again will re-set the number of coins to one.
Use the Bet Max button if you intend to wager the maximum number of
coins for the slot machine on the next spin. If you do not have enough
credits to place the bet, you will not be allowed to spin.
Once you have selected your wager, start the game by clicking the
Spin button.
Payout Schedule
The winnings paid out on the slot machine are dependent on the
symbols showing on the enabled paylines once the reels have come to a
stop. The table below summarizes the payout schedule. You can view the
Payout Schedule in the game by clicking on the labeled areas on the
graphic of the game.
All symbols of a winning combination must be adjacent to each other
and one of the symbols must be in the left most reel. So, a three symbol
combination on the second, third, fourth and fifth slot reels does not
pay out.
For example, if you get three Snake symbols next to each other in
reels 1, 2 and 3 you will be paid out. If the symbols are distributed
through reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 you will not be paid out.
For information on the layout of the paylines, please read the
section called The Paylines.
The table below summarizes the payout schedule for the combination of
symbols appearing on the enabled paylines.
These figures refer to the number of COINS that you will win. The number
of credits won will depend on the coin size chosen.

Only the highest paying combination on a payline will pay out. For
example, if three Grapes symbols appear on an enabled payline with two
Horns symbols, you will only receive the payout for the two Horns
symbols.
Note:
If a winning combination appears on a payline that you have not enabled,
you will not receive any payout for that combination.
Malfunctions void all plays and pays.
Monster Mania Symbols
There are several important symbols in Monster Mania. These are the
Special Symbols, The Wild Symbol.
The Wild Symbol can substitute for all other symbols except the
Scatter Symbol. This means it helps complete winning combinations.
Note:
The Wild Symbol can only appear in reels 2, 3 and 4.
The Scatter Symbol
This symbol does not need to appear in a line on an enabled payline
to win, but can be scattered anywhere on the five reels. Scatter wins
are multiplied by the total number of credits bet. If you receive a
scatter win and a normal winning combination on a payline, you are paid
the scatter amount plus the payout amount for the normal winning
combination.
Regular Symbols
Tongue Gecko, Horns, EyeBall, Snake, Apple, Orange, Melon, Grapes,
Bananas.
The Paylines
The game Monster Mania has nine different paylines to form winning
combinations. For quick reference these paylines have been color coded.
Each payline must be individually enabled for you to receive the
payout for it.
- Coin enables the first payline. This is a yellow payline that runs
horizontally along the center of the reels.
- Coins enable the second payline. This is a dark green payline that
runs horizontally along the top of the reels.
- Coins enable the third payline. This is a lime green payline that
runs horizontally along the bottom of the reels.
- Coins enable the fourth payline. This is a bent turquoise payline
that runs from the top corners to the bottom symbol on the center
reel.
- Coins enable the fifth payline. This is a bent purple payline that
runs from the bottom corners to the top symbol on the center reel.
- Coins enable the sixth payline. This is a dark blue payline that
runs from the top corner of reel 1, across to reel 2, down to the
center of reel 3, up to reel 4 and then across to reel 5.
- Coins enable the seventh payline. This is a pink payline that runs
from the bottom corner of reel 1, across to reel 2, up to the center
of reel 3, down to reel 4 and then across to reel 5.
- Coins enable the eighth payline. This is a orange payline that
runs from the top corner of reel 1, across to reel 2, down to the
center of reel 3, down to reel 4 and then across to reel 5.
- Coins enable the ninth payline. This is a red payline that runs
from the bottom corner of reel 1, across to reel 2, up to the center
of reel 3, up to reel 4 and then across to reel 5.
Note:
You are paid out only for a payline that you have enabled. If a winning
combination appears on a payline that you have not enabled, you will not
be paid out.
